Usage
Adding content to a course
In your Blackboard course, click "Add content"
Then "Content Market"
In the next page you will find your placements, including the one created previously :
This allows to access the Nudgis LTI manager that offers the possibility to select an existing media or channel, to upload a new media or to open the WebStudio in order to record directly from the computer :
Here we add a new video that now appears in the course :
When we access the video as Instructor we have editing permissions :
As a student, the access only has reading rights :
Assignment submission
Students can also use the Nudgis integration to submit video assignments.
First, the instructor must create a "Test" type activity in the course.
Then, add an "Essay" type question.
Remember to make the activity visible to students once the question is ready.
Now, let's see how the student views the assignment. The user accesses the course and can click on the test.
He then clicks on "Start attempt" to answer the question.
In the text editor field, the student clicks on "Add content", then "Content Market".
He selects the LTI tool.
Three choices are now available :
After recording, uploading, or selecting a video, it is embedded into the editor :
The student then clicks "Submit".
Now, as a teacher, you can access the course and go to the "Gradebook" tab, then click on the test.
The list of users that have submitted an assignment is available :
When accessing it, we can see our student's answer :
