This article is about setting up UbiCast plugins in Moodle, from downloading to configuring each plugin.

You can find all UbiCast plugins in the Moodle plugins directory. - Install the main Moodle "Activities" plugin
- Download the main "Activities" plugin from the Moodle directory
- Add it via the menu administration > Plugins > Install plugins > Install plugin from ZIP file.
Please note that the LTI score feedback does not work (this is an inherent limitation of the technical approach chosen).
If score feedback is required, we recommend using the generic LTI integration
You should get in the plugin overview these three plugins:
- Activity modules.
- Blocks.
- Atto HTML Editors - Recovering LTI credentials in Nudgis
- Recover your LTI identifiers (the key and the secret)
- Add them in the Ubicast Nudgis connector settings located:
Administration > Plugins > Activity Modules > UbiCast Nudgis Connector
or
- Follow the link below replacing <moodle-instance> with the name of your Moodle instance.
https://<instance-moodle>/admin/settings.php?section=modsettingubicast - Install the Atto plugin (optional, requires the main plugin to work)
- Download the "Atto" plugin from the Moodle directory.
- Add it via the menu administration > Plugins > Install plugins > Install plugin from ZIP file.
To configure the Atto plugin, go to administration > Plugins > Text Editors > Atto HTML Editor > Atto Bar Settings
You must have the following configuration: - Install the block plugin (optional, requires the main plugin to work)
- Download "Block" plugin from the Moodle directory.
- Add it via the menu administration > Plugins > Install plugins > Install plugin from ZIP file.
- To set up a block, click on add a block on the right-hand menu of Moodle.
- Select the "Nudgis Videos" block, then click on the block's cogwheel and select the "Configure Nudgis Videos" option.
- To finish, get the id of the channel on your Nudgis platform and insert it in the field "Nudgis channel id" - Use of the external tool
If you don't want to use the UbiCast plugins, you can always use the generic LTI integration
