Access to network settings
To access the network settings, you will need some credentials: the user name is ubicast
and the password is the one entered in the Miris Manager in the My passwords tab for the station.
Next, you need to connect to your Miris station via your Miris Manager or by connecting directly to the station with the IP address if the station has not yet been configured to be controlled from your Miris Manager.
Then go to Settings > System > Network
Don't forget to tick the Reuse my password for privileged tasks otherwise the settings will not be applied.
Click on the network interface eno1
Then click on the IPv4 entry to define the network parameters (static ip, DNS, route, etc...).
Static IP
For example, to define a static IP select "Manual" instead of the "Automatic (DHCP)" in the menu then click on the "+" button add an IP.
DNS
If you need to define a DNS server, please fill your DNS servers by clicking first on the "Automatic" button in the DNS section to disable the use of a DNS server provided by an automatic DHCP configuration, then click on the "+" button to add a DNS server.
When you have finished configuring your network, please click on the "Apply" button to validate your changes.
Here is a summary in video of how to configure the network on your Miris station:
