Welcome to the Miris Manager interface !
This tool will allow you to view the passwords of your UbiCast devices and instances, remotely control your Miris capture solutions, access documentation, and contact support. If you have an administrator role, you will also be able to manage the addition of collaborator accounts and their access. Find out more about these features in the article "Create Miris Manager accounts".
In this article, we will follow the procedure for the first connection to your Miris Manager account.

FIRST CONNEXION
You should have received an email notifying you of the creation of your account on Miris Manager, and containing a link to the connection procedure, your account username, as well as the support contact, who will assist you with any questions about our solutions :
By following the link "Your account settings", you will get to the following page :
This is the Personal Information page of your Miris Manager account, where you can enter or modify various data about yourself. Here, it is possible to :
- change your surname, first name, and login email address
- fill in your job title and phone numbers if you wish to
- Set the language of the notification emails, the login homepage, and the time zone of your place of work
However, be careful not to change the email address unless you are absolutely certain, as it will be used for login, notifications and password recovery or support access procedures. It is recommended that you do not change this setting without the agreement and/or action of your administrator. Please also note that an email address is required for the account to be created or modified. This field cannot be empty
Finally, at the bottom of this page, you will find fields allowing you to change the temporary password that has been assigned to you and finalise the activation of your account :
Enter a personal password of your choosing,, respecting the instructions given in italics. If any information is not correct, the system will reject the form request, but the reason for this will be given below the relevant field, and you will only need to change the missing or incorrect information :
Once you have chosen a new password, confirm it in the next field, check the validity of your personal information, then save : your Miris Manager account is activated, and the login page is automatically loaded :
Enter your username and new password, and you are logged in ! You can then start your Miris Manager experience, knowing that you can go back to the information you filled in at this step to change it at any time, as described in the next chapter of this article : Your Miris Manager account.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the home page of your Miris Manager. From there, you can control the different functionalities, which are described in detail in the following articles :

If you have not received your login details, please check your email filters and spam filters. If you have not received them, or if you can no longer find them, simply click on "Forgotten password?", enter your email address and click on "Validate". An email will be sent to you containing your username and a link to reset your password.
If you have not received an email following this procedure, please contact support to create your access.
YOUR MIRIS MANAGER ACCOUNT
Once logged in, you can access your account's Personal Information page again with ease. Simply click on your username at the top right corner of the page :
You will be taken back to your account page, identical to the first login page, where you can change or complete the information mentioned in the previous chapter, or change your password again.
You will also find the API key for your account, along with the associated documentation, reserved for the administrator members of your group. This API key is used to identify your account when integrating and managing third-party software in synergy with Miris Manager, such as the API calendar.

The end of this article will be devoted to the second tab of your account page, "E-mail Notifications", which allows you to access the settings for notifications sent by your systems to your email address :
Here you will be able to choose which types of notifications you wish to subscribe to on a system-by-system basis, choose the default behavior of new systems regarding notification emails, and change the language in which notification emails are sent. This will allow you to fine-tune the alerts you wish to receive according to your responsibilities and prioritize the systems that are essential to you.
